Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. 2 x Smart TV, DVD player, WiFi ( this is limited to 30 mb per month) selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking in front of property, public parking 50 yards away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Supermarket, shops and pub 3 minute walk. 4 mins walk to the art gallery and 10 mins to the Opera House and the Pavilion Gardens. Note: No baby and toddler facilities.
